Title: 899 side imaging help

I finally got out and used my unit for the first time and my side and down imaging do not work. The 2d sonar works just fine. I have tried everything I can think of to fix the problem and have gone through hummingbirds troubleshooting ideas. I am thinking it's in the transducer or cable.

Have you tried Restore Defaults under the setup tab ...??

Can you also post a pic of your xducer installation ... ??

Yes I have reset defaults. I'll get a pic of the ducer later today
