There should be high definition setting

So even though my unit is not HD, I should choose the settting that says High Definition transducer? Thanks.

Yes .... The only thing the HD designation on the unit indicates is whether it has an LED backlit screen or not.

The "HD" in the XHS 9 HDSI 180 T xducer designation simply indicates the xducer is capable of the added 800kHz SI frequency ...

The "HD" in the unit model name indicates if the unit has LED backlit screen (like Bob mentioned) ...
