Title: bad quality
Post by: MonteSS on June 25, 2012, 11:25:34 AM
So my recording in HV look like crap. Depths dont seem right either. It was much deeper water than shown (at least double). Very grainy cloudy. Look great on my 898 screen.

I havnt used HV much but thought I remember the quality being much better and clearer.

Hate the green too but cant figure how to change to brown.

Thanks....Bill

Just right-click on the view you want to change and select color. There's also an option for adjusting contrast/brightness.

never is to late :)

To change the color or brightnes-contrast right click on the image and select desired option..
..and you can also hide lines on the screen with deselecting "Grid" option in toolbar

You are seeing your depth in meters. Change your settings to view in ft and this will solve your problem of accurate depth.
