Title: Memory card slot question

Only took my boat out once since installing my  898c SI. I tried to leave the pole out of the water, but the fluke were calling so I was multitasking.  I did manage to figure out a lot of the unit.

I have a Navionics card in the left hand slot. I would like to put a sd card for snapshots and recordings in the right hand slot. How do I make sure the unit does not write on my Navionics card? I don't see a slot designation in the manual.

I just found the answer to my own question. Sorry, new to the forum and I did look (apparently not well) before I posted.  ::)
