I believe the fish are Mullet. I saw them jumping out the water when I passed the sea wall.

I was slightly bending on the right, therefore the left side could look grainy.

Artificial Reef and Pier
This one shows a pier on the right side and an artificial reef to the left. The "reef" is built by ramming logs into the ground to make a "cage". After the cage is finished, it is filled with treetops and brush. Bait fish are found here hiding in this obstacle. It's a good and highly frequented fish…
