Trying to figure out where I can mount my transducer. Boat is a SeaArk with a V hull that makes mounting a transducer a challenge. The transducer is an XHS 9 HDSI 180 T. I don't know if the picture I took of the boat will make or not, but I'll try and explain:
Looking at the transom and on the left side.
First location is only 11.5 inches away from the boat centerline, and motor. This location (because it is a V-hull) rises about 3.5 inches above the centerline. Centerline defined as the center, bottom of the transom.
Second location is 16 inches away from the boat centerline, and motor. This location rises about 5.25 inches above the centerline. This location is also where one of the trailer bunks is located but I have room to moved the boat a little further back on the trailer in order to clear the bunk.
Any suggestions?
