Title: 997c Not losding

I have a 997c that will not load.  When I power the unit on it starts normal then after about a minute it beeps and starts over.  I have unplugged transducer and gps.  Nothing changes.  I have tried to update software but it will not read sd card.  Any suggestions or help will be greatly appreciated.

If your chips are all removed and it just keeps rebooting something is broke! Call hb to see what they can do but keep in mind the Helix 9 and 10 prices are pretty low.

Are you sure you have solid power to the unit ...... try to read the voltage on the display before it restarts.

You don't want to try to update software while it is acting like this or you could make things worse.
