Title: onix nt
Post by: metalworx on March 22, 2015, 08:54:21 AM
This is for Humminbird Greg.  I currently run two 1198's networked together with ethernet.   I'm also running a as gps hs antenna and a tg w (think that's correct) temp probe in livewell.   If I switch to two Onix NT 10 SI units, can you tell me what all I will need for this new setup.   Thank you for your time!  Also, will older Navionics premium east map cards run in these units?

You will need the ONIX power cord with the temp/speed connector for livewell monitor and the ONIX GPS/nema cord to attach HS puck.  Ethernet cable  is the same.  Navionics chip should work.  Everything else should come with the units.

100% correct lcookie.  ;D
The PC-12-ST Power Cable will allow you to connect the TG-W to your new ONIX 10 NT SI unit and the AS-GPS-NMEA will allow you to connect the GPS-HS GPS Receiver (with Heading Sensor).  The Navionics Premium mapping cards will work as well.
