Topic: IM getting overwhelmed here!!!

haven't had my 1197 but just a few weeks. im going out tomorrow to take some of my first screenshots/videos so that i can figure out how to view online/on my computer/ and post for you guys. i just seem to be getting overwhelmed with new stuff, which file sharer to use, or which video sharer to use, i see so many people talking about files and im getting lost. can anyone explain to me all this information.  thanks guys

Hmmm.  I guess they are telling you you need to do something like photobucket or snapfish that host images and videos?  Is that what they are talking about?

Well, the cool part about this forum, you can upload all your Side Imaging snapshots and videos right here if you want to the image gallery and can even link back to them on other sites.

If you want your own personal image gallery or personal pages, you can become a Charter Member for $20 per year.  This will also increase your private message space and some other cool features.

I am guessing that when you say video you are actually saying recordings?
Are you asking how to view the recordings or how to play them back?
All of this is explained on this forum and we can point you to the section(s) that describes the process.   
Just tell us exactly what you need help with.

Go slow and list the help needs.

I feel your pain.  I've got a new 998 & there is a lot to learn but, take small bites at a time & it will become clearer.
