Just when I thought maybe I was being a little harsh on Humminbird lately, I try to call support today. All day. Many multiple times throughout the day.
All I get is a busy signal. Maxxed out. Not a phone line available all day. Finally, I try one last time around 5 pm and I get a message saying "...sorry we're closed, our business hours are 8:30am to 4:30 pm...". Are you kidding me?! What are those - bankers hours?

This is the "high season" for the CS people and Monday is the busiest day. Sorry for your frustration but try early tomorrow. An Email may be the slowest response but less time consuming for you. Bob
