Helix 10 not loading Navionics chart screen goes blank

Remove the map card and Restore Defaults ...
Then test ...
Is the base map loading or are the Nav screens not even present at all ... ??

As no one has popped in to offer advice - it seems no one here has had your specific issue (neither has anyone at the BBC forums seems to have seen your specific issue) ...
