Humminbird account sign in

Wow this gets frustrating.

What do we have to do to get signed into our accounts.
One time it works then the next bunch of times it doesn't.
Server error in // application..
And only a short window to get to customeer support.. :(
Has anyone found a way to get signed in reliably...

More on this..
I signed in once today and then signed off.

Now I cant get back in. 
I keep getting an error
"server error in / application

I asked for a new password and I got that sent to my email
retried to login but got same error. 
Oh well waiting on HB to get back to work tomorrow..

What are we supposed to do when customer service is not there and we need help.. :-\

Here is what I  found.

Somehow in the registration files in HB there were units I did not have in my equipment list.

there is a max of how many you can have per registration. Might be something new in the newest web site registration process. It is thought to be 5.  any more could cause problems as we removed the error devices and once back to three the sign in and other profile stuff worked.

The problem is since you cant get in then HB has to delete for you.
They will do that willingly and are a big help with this. ;D
