SI in deep waters..
« on: May 18, 2013, 05:20:13 PM »
Was out on the lake today in water deeper than the range set on the SI. The 2D depth reading started flashing and the picture got disturbance. This is to me a huge bug or something Humminbird should take a look at. How can the 2D sonar depend on the range set on the SI. Just because the SI range is set on a range, why is the 2D sonar going nuts deeper than that number set on the SI? For your notice I run split-screen with 2D and SI.

Check to make sure that the Max Depth menu was still set to “Auto”.
