Title: Humminbird website inventory

After waiting 5 weeks for my Canadian dealer to come up with a 5 port Ethernet switch I thought I would take matters into my own hands.  Went on Humminbirds website (USA or Canada? who would know !.  Items I needed showed  "in stock" when added to my cart so I proceeded with Credit card and finalized order.  End up with an email from Shopatron?? who I since discovered  is Humminbirds consumer store....... saying they would send me tracking number when shipped.  After two days got an email with  several items not available that showed in stock.  Called the number from website and they did not have the order....it went to hummingbird Canada,  called Canada Humminbird ..... ( 5 port switch not available in USA nor in Canada)  !!   I suggested they hold the order until all items available..........told that was too much trouble so am forced to accept some cables and modules without the main component and hope that someday the 5 port switch is in stock so I can use my cables that are enroute to me.  Is this normal Humminbird customer service for Canadians?  or am I just unlucky ??   Surely a company as large as Humminbird should be able to link their inventory to their website.
