Title: Lakemaster
Post by: Kountrykool on January 29, 2014, 09:42:06 PM
Why is Lake Blackshear not on the Lakemaster's card? Will it ever be added?

I don’t know but they have a “Request A Lake” page on their web site.  It can’t hurt to fill it out for Blackshear.

How many lakes on the Lakemaster card actually have in-depth contours showing for Ga? I just recently purchased the Minn Kota Terrova with iLink, a 598, 899 and the Lakemaster Southeast Card. These items were not cheap at all. I sold my Lowrance Gen2 units because of Hummingbird's Si and Di performance as well as being able to link my graphs with the Terrova. I'm wondering if I made a huge mistake now. Here recently after talking to several guys including the sales rep at BPS who had the same concern, the only thing they were told was that it was in the making and one sales rep said that was about two years ago. All the items that I have purchased are still in the box unopened. I know my one sale ain't a drop in the bucket to Johnson Outdoors if I decide to return them all but I'm sure there are other customers who are feeling the same way.

Some lakes are HD and others are not.

Just spoke with a representative from Hummingbird. She asked that I get as many people that fish the same lakes as I do to submit a request. I submitted mine yesterday after Greg made that suggestion. Thanks for the responses.
