Have been messing with this for 2 days now... downed the new update to my SD card... shows that
It is there ...go to update the unit but it will no upload... called humminbird went they all the steps
Decided it was a bad S’s card... bought a new one ... still the same will now upload to unit...
Any ideas? I’m out of ‘em.. never had a problem before with updating...

Try to save a snapshot to the SD card to see if the card reader is actually working  ...

Thanks! Yes...Shows it downloaded from computer to card...

Another question... are all the 2.110 updates the same whether it’s Mega or not...

You need to select the download for your specific model.  If you downloaded the improper file, the unit will not recognize the file for updating.  If it still does not work, need to verify you're using a 32GB SD card or smaller formatted FAT32.  To verify the unit, card slot, and card is working, try saving a snapshot or downloading NAV data.
