MAC for SD card updating?

I am not finding the answer to this right away. Can I use my Mac to download the updated software to a SD card for my new Helix 5 SI/G2?

Yes, I was able to do this with my Mac recently.

Works fine on a MAC been doing updates for years with MAC. just copy bin file to Sd card.
