If the Customer requests this and gives us a valid e-mail address; then they will get an auto-message when it gets shipped. I knew that we did this but was curious as to how the whole thing happens, so I called and spoke to one of our CRC Reps. If the e-mail address under your profile is correct then you should be getting the message as I called our Customer Resource folks and requested it for you. If that is not your correct e-mail address then please call them at 1-800-633-1468 and have them change it in our system records so that you will get the shipping message.
