Navionics sent me an email today. I was having problems getting good contour lines with my navionics card. The best I could get is 10' contour. Navionics said that I should get better than that. So she told me I need to update my Hummingbird software and then Insert my card again, press the menu button twice. Select Charts tab, then go to CHART SELECT then select FISH N' CHIP. in doing this she was able to see way more contours. What the heck is she talking about? I have been through this Charts menu 100 times and I can't find FISH'N CHIP. I am running firmware 6.640 did I miss something?

You need to remove your SD card from the slot and leave navionics card in the slot. Start the unit then select chart under the main menu. scroll down to chart select and scroll left or right until you see fishn'chip then exit. put your SD card back in and your good to go.

Hey it worked ! Thanks for your help. Now I have contour lines every foot and amazing detail.
