why verification

ok I know I am new to this form but I have been to many forms and when I post other forms I don't have to verify before my post goes through. is there anyway around it on this form?

It weeds out the spammers!  Once you post a few times it goes away. I bet you don't get it on your next post!

Glad this is in place as spammers can quickly make for a bad experience on any web site…  >:(
