Ok..nobody help me so i do it by myself. I open my device and i see that the lcd screen it's a Hitachi 7" lcd ccfl screen and you could fine It in Alibaba or aliexpress or lcd display seller sites at 350$ less or more . So i try now to open that lcd screen and try to repair the ccfl filament.

This is the model of the 898 cx si model :

I don't wanna spend 300$ or more dollars because i'm sure that the trouble is only in the cold neon filament (ccfl) and i wanna try to changhe this neon so the repairing cost It Will be not more than 50 or 100$...and all' by myself.

Check other functions. The problem may be not only in illumination.

I didn't fully understand: your unit runs fine, except the screen stays dark? In this case, I'd recommend ripping the CCFL out and replacing it with a suitable strip of LEDs.
If the circuit is tested though, whether the lamp is on, the fix might be more involved.
If you want to use a different screen, make sure the controller is the same. Otherwise it might fry your unit.
