Not necessarily. Garmin makes many products. What did you buy?

Went to Google for info. Looks like it has some of the ONIX features. Have you seen one in use?

Yes Ive had it couple weeks the resolution is incredible user simple seems like screen is glass cleans easy touch screen but never see finger prints. You know how you see things on humviewer that you didn't see while on the water? well not on this. what I dont understand is the resolution is the same as my old 999 but this is true video quality? And my old eyes can see this without putting on my reading glasses. even standard 2d sonar is outstanding. Not sure I should even comment on it here feel like Im doing something wrong.

But I owe this site alot I really learn to ne super efficient at using electronics for finding fish and structure here! after studying and learning here It seems I can pick up any brand sonar and make it work to my advantage!
