[ Specified attachment is not available ]I bought a 1199 KVD and out of the box last month. I haven't even been able to use it.  I have what appears to be streaks and a crows foot looking imperfection under the card slot. Sent it in for service to humminbird and I get it back with a note saying nothing was wrong and that those markings are normal for making bezels. Are you kidding me? For 2299.99 This product should be mint!! I should not be seeing such imperfections. What is really bother some is that I cannot return to the store I bought from because I installed it like an idiot today routing the transducer and other cables.

If any Humminbird rep will contact me on this issue I would greatly appreciate it.

I can't really see anything under the card slot from
your picture.
I don't think a Humminbird rep will look at this post and contact you.
They may give you a number to call.
If the Humminbird repair center says it's OK, then you just might
have to live with it.
The main thing is if the unit works the way it's supposed to.

Its hard to photograph the scratches under the power button due to the camera sort of blending in the scratch. But, Humminbird is taking the unit back for service to replace the bezel.

Glad Humminbird is fixing it for you ..... When spending your hard earned buck, it is fair to expect it won't have this kind of  cosmetic problems....... Humminbird will boost their quality control expectations if people don't put up with it.
**Looking for the one that makes it all worthwhile**

I do see what you're talking about now.
I would have probably let it go.
