After you learn how to setup and run then it takes a lot of time and scans to get good. Not just the body target but all targets normal and abnormal. That is how you find most targets .....distinguishing between the normal and the unusual.
sonar is not an overnight or single run training so be prepared to give students lots of homework for scanning, and time to make runs (like several months).
Our sonar introduction to new users has the attendees send us periodic scans with comments about what they are seeing. We critique and reply back...
