Hi, I recently upgraded softwares in both Humminbird PC and Google earth. Before, when I uploaded waypoints and hit the google earth icon it would automatically take me to the spot on the google earth map. Now when I do this I get the message "cannot find goggle earth default path. If you have already installed it, click on yes to locate the googleearth.exe" I hit yes and it takes me to another window which asks me for a file name. I'm not an expert on this stuff, so any assistance(baby steps) on this issue would be greatly appreciated, Stumpy

This issue seems to have started when Google Earth automatically updated their program to Google Earth Pro ...
Several discussions and possible fixes here ... :

Well after frustrating myself trying to get my waypoints to open in Google Earth and attempting to reload Earth into another drive I finally loaded HBPC 4.2 onto another drive(not C:) and all works fine. So HBPC 4.57 is the culprit, not Google. Google will only load into C:\Program Files (x86)\Google and a flaw in HBPC 4.57 will not let you search in C: drive. So use HBPC 4.2 and install it on another drive and all works fine. ;D >:(
