Auto Chart Clarification Please.

Am I correct that if I have my AutoChart ZeroLine card in my Helix G2 and turned AutoChart recording on, that there is no need to record tracks or sonar to the card also? That all that information is already being updated on the ZeroLine card as I record? That would mean the main purpose of AutoChartPC would be for manipulation or converting sonar recordings & tracks from other recordings from my other 999 to AutoChart Data files to export to my AutoChart ZeroLines card?

Correct on all points  ...

AutoChart mapping is created from depth and GPS data  ...

AutoChart Live uses depth and GPS data in process  ...
AutoChart PC uses depth and GPS data from Sonar logs or track data  ...

The AutoChart PC can (also) convert AutoChart Live data into map data that can be loaded onto a Zero Line card that the 999 can read  ...

I was concerned that I may have to do SI recording to get contour and bottom hardness information.
