Thanks Greg for helping me sort out those spots! Here's a pic of a new PB from last trip at 92.5cm, my wife got a PB too at 84cm.   ;D

Nicko, what is a “PB” other than a nice red looking large fish?  Kinda looks like what we call a Red Snapper to me.

Maybe the camera was held sideways when the pics were taken?

Hi Greg,

PB = personal best. I'm not sure if they are the same fish or just closely related? Do red snapper have a dark blotch on top of the wrist of their tail? Hope that made sense!

Yes, unfortunately no matter what the orientation of my iPhone when taking pictures, it automatically shows a picture the correct way, but when I upload those photos to a forum or Microsoft PC it shows their true orientation, frustrating! So in future I'll email myself any iPhone pics and will sort out their orientation on the PC before posting.

Any ideas on this thread? http://forums.sideimagingsoft.com/index.php?topic=7939.new;topicseen#new

Happy new year!

Gotcha.
I don’t know about the spot on the Red Snapper.  I actually have never caught one but have been standing next to others who have… not sure why they refused to bite the (same) bait I presented them with but it just hasn’t ever happened.  Maybe someone else with better knowledge can answer that.

I don’t have input on the HummPC program locking up unless it is SD card issue.
[I didn't paste my whole response on that thread but have since updated it.]
