Title: Help can't get Chartselect maps to show?

I have a Helix 10 GN2 ver1.4 software and encrypted  2GB card with chart select map loaded on it.  But when I insert it into the Helix and go to HB Charts Tab I don't have the option "Overlay Options"?  I'm I missing something? Same 2GB card has all my waypoints, and I also have a lakemaster card in the other slot.  I tried removing the lakemaster card and only the 2GB card and still nothing.

Please help... Installed v1.46 today and still don't have the menus for the chartselect maps

The one ChartSelect map I have loads automatically but I don't have any overlay purchases with it so I can't check mine for help with your issue  ...

HB should be able to help  ...

I have tried to call HB twice earlier this week.  On Wed it was a busy signal, yesterday was on hold for 45min and just now they are closed for two hours till 1:30pm.  They're hours are BS, 8-4:30pm?  Blue collar customers have to call them on our lunch time and get stuck on hold the entire time.  I would also be impossible for me to talk to them in front of the unit that is at my house without taking a day off. >:D

You might also post your question in the Humminbird forum over at Bass Boat Central  ...

Some of those guys may have overlay purchases on Chart Select  ...
