Title: Helix 10 G2N SD cart slot

I am having trouble with the right SD card slot reading anything.  Every time I put a SD card in the right hand slot the unit freezes.  I have my mapping card in the left and have it selected in Auto.  If I take the mapping card out and install in the right hand SD slot the unit freezes up.  What am I doing wrong?  Thanks in advance

Better call Humminbird, sounds like you have a bad card slot.

Does it freeze right away? Or when doing something specific? My freezes when in recording mode. Every time the "recording" label comes up the unit freezes and the graph doesn't show all the data. Does not matter when SD card I use.
