Title: Where can I find the 6.3 download for 798HDSI

I tried downloading a version of 6.3 from another source and my 798 would not recognize the SD card.

I presently have the 6.610 installed and want to go back to the 6.3 version.

I need help on the proper procedure. Do I turn my unit on and then load the SD card or install the SD card and then turn the unit on. I have tried both with no results.

A few things I'm not sure is covered in this tutorial...(these have never been declared as mandatory.... but it just lessens the possibilities of stuff conflicting with the update process...)

*Back up all your NAV data to a blank formatted SD card...
*Format all NAV directories....
*Remove map card before updating....

There was no 6.3XX software for the 798ci HD Si model units.  There was 6.250 and I’m betting that is the version that you really want.  It is in the downloads section that Rickie posted a link to.
