Title: HP pc 4.3.3 download data from sd card problems

Hi all,
I have a 997 with 6.30, hp pc4.3.3 and 32 gig patriot card (and 2 gig and 4 gig cards same issue). I export to the card with no problems, but when i download to pc. a window pops up with "downloading from device" and a green status bar. It scan by twice saying completed and then goes to a third scan says completed 213 % the green status bar is only a 1/4 full. it slowly goes up a little at a time, a couples of hours later it makes it to 277% and stops, the green status bar is a little over half.  I let it run over night  it stayed at 277%. I have tried reformatting the card (and the other 2 cards) using HB pc then re-exporting all cards, tried a laptop and my desk computer.

anybody have any ideas or suggestions to get my waypoints

 - What exactly are you trying to do?
 - When you say you “export to the card with no problems” are you meaning that you exported your Nav Data to the memory card from the 997 unit?
 - How are you downloading the information to your PC?
 - Are you using a program to download this data to?

If you are trying to get your waypoint data saved on your computer, I would download and install the HumminbirdPC program and use it to download your waypoint data and save it as a *.GPX file.
